These Terms and Conditions govern your use of KennyTravel.ie and the booking of travel services through us. By making a booking or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Making a Booking
When you make a booking with KennyTravel.ie, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract
- All information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are authorised to make the booking on behalf of all travellers named in it
- You have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us and any required deposit or full payment has been received
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted are in Euro (β¬) and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking β the amount will be confirmed at the time of enquiry
- Full payment is typically required no later than 10 weeks before departure, unless otherwise stated
- Prices may change before a booking is confirmed due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or supplier changes
- Once a booking is confirmed in writing, the price is guaranteed except in cases of government-imposed taxes or levies
- Payment can be made by credit/debit card via our secure Stripe payment system
- We do not store your card details β all payments are processed securely by Stripe
4. Cancellation Policy β By You
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- More than 70 days before departure β loss of deposit only
- 43β70 days before departure β 50% of total booking cost
- 29β42 days before departure β 70% of total booking cost
- 15β28 days before departure β 90% of total booking cost
- 14 days or fewer before departure β 100% of total booking cost (no refund)
- Certain bookings (e.g. non-refundable flights or hotel rates) may be subject to 100% cancellation charges from the time of booking β this will be clearly stated at the time of booking
- We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation costs
5. Cancellation or Changes by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or make changes to your booking in exceptional circumstances. In such cases:
- We will notify you as soon as possible
- If we cancel your booking (other than due to your failure to pay), you will be offered a full refund or an alternative booking of equivalent value
- We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events outside our control (see Force Majeure, section 10)
- Minor changes (e.g. flight time changes of less than 12 hours, hotel room category changes) do not entitle you to cancel without charge
6. Amendments to Bookings
If you wish to amend your booking after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note:
- Amendment requests must be made in writing
- An administration fee of β¬25 per person per change may apply
- Amendments are subject to availability and may result in a price increase
- Some bookings (particularly non-flexible fares) cannot be amended β this will be confirmed at the time of booking
- Name changes may not be possible on certain airline tickets and may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Your insurance should cover:
- Cancellation and curtailment
- Medical expenses and emergency repatriation
- Personal liability
- Baggage and personal effects
- Travel delay and missed departure
8. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party hold valid travel documents and meet all entry requirements for your destination.
- Irish and EU citizens should ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the return travel date
- Visa requirements vary by destination β we can advise but it is your responsibility to obtain the correct visas
- Some destinations require specific vaccinations or health documentation β please check with your GP and the relevant embassy
- We accept no liability for any costs or losses arising from failure to hold the correct documentation
9. Our Liability
KennyTravel.ie acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers. Our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the relevant booking
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- For package holidays, your rights are protected under the EU Package Travel Directive (Directive 2015/2302)
10. Force Majeure
We cannot accept liability or pay compensation where the performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to: war, civil unrest, terrorist activity, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government action, industrial disputes, or technical failures of transport. In such circumstances we will endeavour to offer alternative arrangements or a refund where possible.
11. Complaints
If you have a complaint during your trip, please raise it with the relevant supplier (hotel, airline, etc.) immediately so it can be resolved on the spot. If the matter is not resolved, please contact us in writing within 28 days of returning home. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 28 days. If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer the matter to the Commission for Aviation Regulation or the relevant dispute resolution body.
12. Website Use
Your use of the KennyTravel.ie website is subject to the following conditions:
- The content of this website is for general information only and is subject to change without notice
- We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages
- Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only β we are not responsible for their content
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last update shown at the top. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
